91. 250049-ROQ, SOUTHWEST REGIONAL JUSTICE CENTER EXPANSION Approve and award a professional services contract for architectural services between Maricopa County and DFDG Architects in an amount of $1,689,978.00 for a term of 647 calendar days from issuance of a Notice To Proceed. The purpose of the contract is to provide full design and construction administration services for the Southwest Regional Justice Center Expansion including but not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines to expand the existing ~75,000 SF facility to the east and build out an additional Justice Court in the existing facility utilizing one of the shelled spaces that allowed for additional courtrooms to be added. Project is located at 10420 W. Van Buren St., Avondale, AZ 85323. (C-73-26-015-X-00)
