93. 250048-ROQ, MCSO DURANGO OFFICE AND K9 FACILITY Approve the Contract for Award to Dekker Design, LLC in an amount not to exceed $762,015 for a term not to exceed March 31, 2026. The purpose of this contract is to provide Programming and Schematic design phase services for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Durango Office and K9 facilities. The Durango Office and K9 facilities also house Major Crimes, SWAT, Fleet Administration, and other essential Countywide functions for MCSO. The project is envisioned as a replacement for a series of severely degraded buildings that currently serve MCSO. The Design Development, Construction Document, and Construction Administration phases will be added later when better defined through programming and schematic design. The exact size and location of the new facility will be determined as part of the overall programming and design effort, and it will provide information for future critical capital investment by the County. This project is located in Supervisor District 5. (C-73-26-016-X-00)
