100. 260056-C, ROADSIDE UNIT AND ONBOARD UNIT DEVICES (CVAZ) Approve the contract for multiple awards. The purpose of this contract is to provide Maricopa County with hardware, software, configuration, training, and technical support necessary to deploy and operate the connected vehicle technology such as emergency vehicle preemption, transit and freight signal priority, vulnerable road user safety, along Grand Avenue/U.S. 60 and other local roadways with our partners including the cities of Avondale, Tolleson, and Phoenix, and the Arizona Department of Transportation, with an estimated total value of $4,175,793.00 over an initial two-year term through January 31, 2028, with four one-year renewal options.
