99. 260054-RFP, DETECTION UPGRADES FOR ADVANCED DATA ANALYTICS Approve the contract for award between Maricopa County and AM Signal, LLC. The purpose of the contract is to provide a source to purchase vehicle detection systems to upgrade 22 existing signalized intersections within Maricopa County to improve traffic management and reduce congestion, including all materials, mounting hardware, software, wiring for communications, and warranty support at an estimate of $963,925.00 over one-year until January 31, 2027, with the option to renew the term of this contract up to a maximum of four additional years.
