85. LEAD PUBLIC AGENCY CERTIFICATE WITH OMNIA PARTNERS (PAINT AND PAINT SUPPLIES) Approve an updated Lead Public Agency Certificate Agreement (Paint and Paint Supplies) with Omnia Partners, an organization created to support cooperative purchasing among governmental entities throughout the United States. This Agreement replaces a previous 2019 Board approved Agreement between the County and the US Communities Purchasing Consortium, prior to its acquisition by Omnia Partners. Current revenue from this agreement for the County is estimated at $100,000 in the current fiscal year. This updated Agreement will take effect upon approval of both parties and shall remain in effect until either party terminates the Agreement. The resulting solicitation from this agreement will replace contract #170009. (C-73-26-043-X-00)
