86. 260088-S, PAINTING SERVICES Approve the contract for multiple awards with Maricopa County. The purpose of the contract is to provide Maricopa County with painting services for various County owned buildings on an as needed basis at an estimate of $900,000.00 over two years until June 30, 2028, with four one-year renewal options. Services will include for existing upgrades and maintenance to County buildings and small-scale new builds. The effective date of the contract will be June 30, 2028.
