87. 260039-DBB, CENTRAL COURTS 9TH FLOOR BUILD-OUT (Supervisorial District: 5) Approve and award a Design Bid-Build construction contract between Maricopa County and Doege Development, LLC in an not-to-exceed amount of $6,877,785.00 with an estimated completion time of 360 calendar days from issuance of the Notice To Proceed., for the renovation of the 9th floor of the Maricopa County Superior Court Central Tower, located at 201 W. Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona This project is the complete demolition and renovation of the 9th floor of the Central Court Tower for Maricopa County Superior Court. This includes four criminal courtrooms, four judicial suites that will include open office for support staff, new public restrooms, new lobby and support utility spaces. All mechanical distribution, and fire alarm devices and controls will be upgraded along with electrical design, lighting, power, and data communications. This project is located in Supervisor District 5. (C-73-26-045-X-00)
