The purpose of the contract is to provide a servicing bank (“Bank”) for the County Treasurer and other departments as required under Arizona Revised Statues. The core banking duties include bank accounts, warrant processing, credit lines, online banking, lockbox services, wire transactions, electronic deposits, and other general banking services. The initial contract term is three (3) years at an estimate of $3,000,000 commencing on July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2029, with the option for two (2) annual renewals.
