90. 260073-C, FOOD FACTORY FOOD AND STAPLE GROCERY ITEMS Approve the contracts for multiple awards at an estimate of $2,500,000.00 over one year until June 30, 2027, with up to four annual renewal options. The effective date of the contract will be June 30th, 2026. The purpose of the contract is to provide a source for food and staple grocery items to be utilized by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Food Factory Division. The food is utilized in the food factory kitchens to prepare meals for inmate population. This will replace the expiring contract 200205-C. The award amount is based on historical expenditures under the prior contract, which ranged from $1.9 million to $3.0 million annually over the past three fiscal years.
