36. TERMINATION OF IGA WITH THE CITY OF EL MIRAGE FOR FUEL AND MAINTAINING AND REPAIRING VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT Terminate the Intergovernmental Agreement, C-74-07-002-2-00, between Maricopa County Equipment Services and the City of El Mirage for fuel, and maintaining and repairing the City of El Mirage Police Department's vehicles and equipment. Approximate revenue loss based on average fuel usage by the City of El Mirage is $8580. Termination is effective as of May 3, 2010. The City of El Mirage has decided to go in another direction for these services and is requesting the cancellation of this IGA. (C-74-10-012-3-00)
