124. IGA WITH THE TOWN OF BUCKEYE REGARDING COOPERATIVE USE OF FUEL Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Town of Buckeye and Maricopa County through the Equipment Services Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,500,000. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to allow Maricopa County to sell fuel from the County fueling station to the Town of Buckeye. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from July 1, 2009 until June 30, 2014. Attached copy of the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the Town of Buckeye regarding Cooperative Use of Fuel that was approved by the Town Council on June 2, 2009. The extent of this agreement is five years. (C-74-09-006-3-00)

40. TERMINATION OF IGA WITH THE CITY OF BUCKEYE REGARDING COOPERATIVE USE OF FUEL Approve termination of Intergovernmental Agreement with Maricopa County and the City of Buckeye for the sale of fuel from County fueling stations to the City of Buckeye. This termination is mutually agreed upon between both parties effective February 15, 2019. The County entered into an IGA agreement with City of Buckeye on July, 2009 under C-74-09-006-3-00. The IGA was renewed on July, 2014 under C-74-14-004-3-00. They City of Buckeye has built its own fueling station and will no longer require the County's fueling services. (C-74-19-001-M-00)
