44. IGA WITH THE MORRISTOWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT #75 REGARDING COOPERATIVE USE OF FUEL Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Morristown Elementary School District #75 and Maricopa County through the Equipment Services Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $50,000. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is for the School District to obtain fuel for its fleet of vehicles from the County. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from July 1, 2009 until June 30, 2010. The extent of this agreement is one year. This agreement will allow Morristown School District # 75 to use County owned and managed fuel sites. The fuel sites most likely to be used by the School District are Lake Pleasant and an Equipment Services fuel site in Surprise. The additional use by the School District will not place an additional burden on our operations. (C-74-10-001-3-00)
