55. SALE AND OPERATING TRANSFER OF VEHICLES Approve a capital freeze exception and direct Equipment Services to replace the following vehicles with the seven Planning & Development vehicles and seven Air Quality vehicles described below. This results in a net decrease to the County fleet of fourteen vehicles. Before the end of FY 2011, the Department of Finance will prepare and submit for Board approval a consolidated set of fund transfers to reconcile all inter-fund transfers of vehicle and other assets, along with necessary appropriation adjustments.
