49. IGA RENEWAL WITH THE CITY OF BUCKEYE FOR FUEL Approve a renewal of an IGA between Maricopa County Equipment Services and the City of Buckeye for the purchase of fuel. This agreement allows Maricopa County to sell fuel from the County fueling stations to the City of Buckeye. The agreement lays out the responsibility of the City of Buckeye and of Equipment Services throughout the life of the agreement and upon termination of the agreement. Equipment Services will sell fuel to their assigned City vehicle which also includes public safety vehicles. (C-74-14-004-3-00)
