46. PERMANENT ADDITIONS TO FLEET Approve the permanent additions to the fleet of 1 mid-size truck, estimated at $28,000, and 2 utility carts estimated at $20,400 (estimates include taxes and extended warranties). Funding for the vehicles are within Equipment Services (740) Equipment Services Fund (654) Non Recurring non project (0001) budget. Annual operating and maintenance costs are estimated at $1,700 to be paid out of Equipment Services Operating Fund (654) A detailed cross-referenced list of vehicle identification numbers is kept on file in the Clerk of the Board’s Office. Equipment Services is in need of a mid-size truck to help conduct the following responsibilities at the 16 County fuel stations: - Monthly physical inventory - Fuel Delivery verification - Ongoing Maintenance - Environmental Storm water inspections Additionally, the department is in need of 2 utility carts to help with jump starting and push disabled vehicles at the Durango shop.
