46. GM FUEL ECONOMY OFFER Accept GM’s offer of $1,500 per vehicle for 6 County vehicles which had erroneous EPA-estimated fuel economy window labels. The offer requires that the County execute a release, which will prohibit the County from, among other things, participating in any of the pending class action suits regarding the fuel economy issue.
