IGA WITH MORRISTOWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT # 75 FOR FUEL Approve a renewal of an IGA between Maricopa County Equipment Services and Morristown Elementary School District #75 for the purchase of fuel. This agreement allows Maricopa County to sell fuel from the County fueling stations to Morristown Elementary School District #75. The agreement lays out the responsibility of Morristown Elementary School District #75 and of Equipment Services throughout the life of the agreement and upon termination of the agreement. Equipment Services will sell fuel to their assigned School District vehicles. This agreement between Equipment Services and Morristown Elementary School District #75 for the sale of fuel shall remain effect until termination by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement with or without cause by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. (C-74-18-001-3-00)
