27. TRANSFER VEHICLE FROM EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND HEALTH TO SUPERIOR COURT Approve the following: A) The transfer of vehicle 3114107, a 2014 Ford F-150, from the Benefits Trust Fund (685) to the General Fund (100). B) A permanent reduction to the Employee Benefits and Health fleet. This transfer will not increase the Superior Court fleet as they will be replacing a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado (Vehicle #32160). C) A one-time Operating Transfer of $24,000 from the General Fund (100) to the Benefits Trust Fund (685). This action can be absorbed within the current FY 2018 Equipment Services (D740) Replacement General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget appropriation. Superior Court vehicle 32160 was identified as replacement eligible through the General Fund replacement program. Employee Benefits and Health determine they no longer need a vehicle in their fleet and determined their vehicle can replace the Superior Court's vehicle. (C-74-18-004-V-00)
