23. TRANSFER FORKLIFT FROM MCSO TO ELECTIONS DEPARTMENT Approve the following: A) The transfer of forklift 537, a 2016 Hyster Forklift from Detention Fund(255) to General Fund (100). B) A one-time Operating Transfer of $27,000 from the General Fund (100) to the Detention Fund (255). This action can be absorbed within the current FY2018 Equipment Services (D740) Replacement General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget appropriation. Forklift 537 no longer meets the requirements for the Sheriff's Office. This forklift will replace the Elections Department forklift 521 that was identified as replacement eligible through General Fund replacement program. (C-74-18-005-V-00)
