20. RENEWAL OF VEHICLE EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-538-03, approve the continuation of an exemption from County markings for vehicles belonging to the following departments; Adult Probation, County Attorney, Juvenile Probation, Sheriff's Office, Public Defender, Legal Defender, Office of Public Advocate, Superior Court Security. This is the annual renewal of exemptions that were previously approved by the Board of Supervisors. The exemption from markings is requested due to the vehicles being used for felony investigations, activities of a confidential or sensitive nature and social service work. (C-74-20-002-V-00)
