VEHICLES EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS AND NON-GOVERNMENT LICENSE PLATES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-538-03, Exemptions from markings and non-government license plates for current fiscal year FY20 Vehicle Replacement Program. These vehicles belong to the following departments: Adult Probation, County Attorney, Sheriff’s Office and Public Defender. The exemption from markings and non-government license plates is requested due to the vehicles being used for activities of a confidential or sensitive nature. Confidential list is of vehicles will be provided to the Clerk of the Board's office and retained in accordance with LAPR approved retention schedule. (C-74-20-003-V-00)
