VEHICLE EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS AND NON-GOVERNMENT LICENSE PLATES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-538-03, Exemption from markings and non-government license plates for the current fiscal year FY21 Vehicle Replacement Program. These vehicles belong to the following departments: Adult Probation, County Attorney, Sheriff's Office, Public Defender, Juvenile, Public Advocate. The exemption from markings and non-governmental license plates is requested due to the vehicles being used for activities of a confidential or sensitive nature.
