56. INCREASE EQUIPMENT SERVICES REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE BUDGET FY 2022 In accordance with A.R.S. 42‐17106(B), authorize the following appropriation adjustments to the FY2022 Equipment Services budget: 1. Increase the FY 2022 expenditure and revenue budgets for the Equipment Services (D740) Equipment Services Fund (654) Operating (OPER) by $2,574,384. 2. Offsetting expenditure and revenue adjustments in the Eliminations (D980) Eliminations Fund (900) Operating (OPER) in the amount of $2,419,921. 3. Offsetting expenditure and revenue adjustments in the Eliminations County/Districts (D990) Eliminations Fund (900) Operating (OPER) in the amount of $154,463. This appropriation adjustment is needed to increase the Equipment Services budget to account for increased costs related to vehicle fuel and parts. Budgeted amounts for FY22 did not account for the substantial increase in prices related to fuel and parts due to the current global economic situation. A detailed financial impact that shows the increases is attached to this submission. This action will have a net zero impact on the overall County budget. (C-74-22-004-X-00)
