SETTLEMENT IN MURILLO V MARICOPA COUNTY Approve Settlement or Offer of Judgment in the amount of $150,000 between Maricopa County and Margarita Murillo, Francisco Oviedo, Guadalupe Oviedo, Anastacia Oviedo and Francisco Oviedo, Jr., concerning Maricopa County Superior Court Case No. CV2007-022878, Risk Management claim number GL5000032372, and authorize the Chairman to sign any necessary documents upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This matter was discussed with the Board in Executive Session on July 21, 2008. (C-75-09-003-S-00)
