COTTON V MARICOPA COUNTY CV2009-001119 Approve the proposed Settlement Agreement in the amount of $500,000.00 between Maricopa County and Plaintiffs, Kay Cotton, mother, and children/beneficiaries of Robert Cotton, Maricopa County Superior Court Case No. CV2009-001119. Authorize the County Risk Manager to sign the settlement agreement and all necessary documents upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This matter was discussed with the Board in Executive Session on May 18th, 2009. (C-75-09-012-2-00)
