MEDICARE, MEDICAID, AND SCHIP EXTENSION ACT OF 2007 Approve the designation of Claims Manager, Risk Management Department, as Account Representative for the County for purposes of complying with Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (MMSEA), and authorize the Risk manager to sign any necessary related documents on behalf of the Board upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel.
