24. ROBERT COLE V MARICOPA COUNTY AND JOSEPH ARPAIO Approve settlement in the amount of $ 125,000.00 to resolve the lawsuit between plaintiff Robert Cole and Maricopa County and Joseph Arpaio, concerning Maricopa County Superior Court No. CV2009-001144, Maricopa County Risk Management claim number MM2622601033785, and authorize the Maricopa County Risk Manager to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (Board) upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This matter was discussed with the Board in Executive Session on March 17, 2010. (C-75-10-010-2-00)
