MARICOPA COUNTY CLAIM RECOVERY FROM PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE COMPANY Approve settlement for $5,875.30 of Maricopa County's right of recovery from Progressive Insurance Company arising from a vehicle accident on September 27, 2009, Maricopa County Risk Management claim number APD1101180035341, and authorize Maricopa County Risk Manager to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by legal counsel. This matter was discussed with the Board of Supervisors in Executive Session on May 10, 2010. (C-75-10-011-2-00)
