JASON FELIX WORKERS' COMPENSATION MATTER Approve settlement for $8,400.00 Maricopa County's workers' compensation lien under Maricopa County Deputy Sheriff Jason Felix's tort claim against Mr. Angel Avalos-Villanueva, Maricopa County Risk Management claim number WCMAR2008602256, and authorize Maricopa County Risk Manager to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by legal counsel. This matter was discussed with the Board of Supervisors in Executive Session on May 10, 2010. (C-75-10-012-2-00)
