SPENCER V MARICOPA COUNTY Approve settlement of $ 197,500.00 to resolve the lawsuit between plaintiffs Ambrett Spencer and Kenyata Fredericks and Maricopa County and other County defendants, Maricopa County Superior Court Number CV2007-006416/CV2008-008946 (consolidated), Maricopa County Risk Management claim numbers GL5419031465 and MM2620031466; and authorize the Chairman to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This matter was discussed with the Board of Supervisors in Executive Session on May 10, 2010. (C-75-10-013-2-00)
