MARICOPA COUNTY ET AL Approve settlement of $250,000 to resolve the lawsuit filed by Samuela LavuLavu, surviving spouse of Nanuma Lavulavu, individually and on behalf of surviving children against Maricopa County, Maricopa County Sheriff and other County defendants, Maricopa County Superior Court Number CV2008-091389 (Maricopa County Risk Management claim number AL5005062032690); and authorize the Risk Manager to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel.
