JOSIE AND SHANE MCKINNON- NOTICE OF CLAIM Consider the settlement of a claim brought by Josie and Shane McKinnon against Maricopa County Special Health Care District and its employees (Maricopa County Risk Management claim, MM9009211035468), and authorize the Maricopa County Risk Manager to sign any necessary settlement documents upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel.
