JOSEPH ARPAIO AND OFFICER CAREY Approve settlement in the amount of $600,000.00 to resolve the lawsuit between plaintiff Armando Nido et al vs. Joseph Arpaio and Officer James Carey, concerning Maricopa County Superior Court No. CV2010-0129, Maricopa County Risk Management claim number GL5005043035097, and authorize the Maricopa County Risk Manager to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel.
