MARICOPA COUNTY, ET AL Approve a $ 2,000,000.00 settlement in the lawsuit brought by plaintiff Richard Naquin, Jr. against Maricopa County and other Maricopa County defendants, US District Court, Middle District of Louisiana, CV2006-0651, Maricopa County Risk Management claim GL5000031811; and authorize the Maricopa County Risk Manager to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This matter was discussed in Executive Session on November 1, 2010. (C-75-11-003-2-00)
