A-5. APPROVAL OF SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT Approve a sole source contract for Sacks Tierney P.A. for representation of Maricopa County for the following cases: Gary Donahoe v. Maricopa County et al., Donald Stapley v. Maricopa County et al; Sandra Wilson v. Maricopa County et al., Mary Rose Wilcox v. Maricopa County et al. and Conley Wolfswinkel v. Maricopa County et al. matters. The stated matters are all Group A cases. By adding this firm to the sole source contract with respect to the stated matters, this will resolve any procurement issues. All compensations and other terms and conditions of this Sole Source Agreement shall be consistent with Serial 10009-S, Legal Services Providers. (C-75-12-015-3-00)
