Approve settlement in the amount of $3,250,000.00 in the case of Jennifer Braillard vs. Maricopa County, et. al., and authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel.
