A-1. AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO FILE THIRD PARTY COMPLAINT IN DISTRICT COURT IN CV 20-00290, AND TO FILE A NOTICE OF CLAIM AGAINST OTHER GOVERMENTAL ENTITIES Authorize the County Attorney to file a third party complaint against various entities asserting contribution claims in the Roosevelt Irrigation District lawsuit, CV 2010-029. In addition, authorize the County Attorney to file a Notice of Claim against appropriate governmental entities asserting potential contribution claims, and as required by law, file a complaint subsequent to the Notice of Claim, if necessary. This matter was discussed with the Board in Executive Session on October 29, 2012. (C-75-13-005-6-00)
