3. YANES VS. MARICOPA COUNTY, ET. AL. Approve settlement in the amount of $800,835 in the case of Yanes vs. Maricopa County; Maricopa County Superior Court No. CV 2007-017937 and, if approved, authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This matter was discussed with the Board in Executive Session on December 10, 2012. (C-75-13-010-2-00)
