49. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Kathleen Kolm, an unclassified Deputy Director – Risk Management, effective January 21, 2013. If approved, this ECP agreement will adjust her leave accrual rate to a Schedule 3 Leave Accrual Rate and authorize a deposit of 80 hours of vacation leave and 80 hours of sick leave into the leave balances of Kathleen Kolm effective January 21, 2013.
