A-2. LIMITED WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR THE LAW FIRM OF JONES, SKELTON & HOCHULI, P.L.C. Approve a request for waiver of any potential or existing conflict of interest for the law firm of Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, P.L.C. to provide legal advice and representation to Maricopa Integrated Health Systems (MIHS) relating to the lawsuit of Miriam Mendiola-Martinez v. Arpaio, et al., CV11-2512-PHX-DGC. This waiver is for this matter only and is not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists in any other matter or any other potential conflict which may arise in the future in any other matter. This matter was discussed in executive session on March 11, 2013. (C-75-13-021-6-00)
