67. TRANSFER EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR INCREASED RISK MANAGEMENT SELF-INSURED TRUST FUND COSTS Authorize and approve a non-recurring fund transfer of $8,300,000 from the General Fund (100) to the Risk Management Self Insured Trust Fund (675) and a transfer of $4,085,000 from the Detention Fund (255) to the Risk Management Self Insured Trust Fund (675). In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the Non-Departmental (47) FY 2013 budget: (a) Decrease the expenditure authority for the General Fund (100) Non-Recurring Non Project (0001) Contingency (4711) in the “Unreserved Contingency” by $8,300,000; and move it to a new line Non-Departmental General Fund (100) Other Programs (4712) entitled Risk Management transfer. (b) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Detention Fund (255) Non-Recurring Non-Project (0001) Contingency (4711_ in the “Unreserved Contingency” by $4,085,000 and move it to a new line in Detention Fund (255) Other Programs (4712) entitled Risk Management transfer. Increase revenue and expenditure authority in the Risk Management (750) Self Insured Trust Fund (675) Non-Recurring Non-Project (0001) by $12,385,000. The fund transfer required offsetting expenditure and revenue adjustments in Elimination (980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non-recurring Non-project (0001). These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and the do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of the local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.Approve (C-75-13-025-2-00)
