87. AMENDMENT TO SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH COMPUTER SCIENCES CORPORATION Approve an Amendment to authorize the Risk Manager to execute individual Work Orders to Computer Science Corporation on an as needed basis to maintain and/or modify the RiskMaster software application. Agenda Item #C-75-14-004-3-00 authorized a five year license for the RiskMaster software application. This amendment allows the Risk Manager to execute work orders to Computer Science Corporation during the five year license period to maintain and modify the software application. Total Work Order cost will not exceed $60,000 per year and $300,000 for the term of the agreement. (C-75-14-004-3-01)
