A-2. GREVAN V. ARPAIO, ET AL, CV13-01799-PHX-DGC Approve settlement in the amount of $1,100,000 in the case of Grevan v. Arpaio, et al, and authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This matter was discussed with the Board in Executive Session on March 17, 2014. (C-75-14-011-2-00)
