67. SABRINA D. MORRISON V. JOSEPH M. ARPAIO, CV2013-004578 Approve the settlement in the amount of $3,500,000 in the case of Sabrina D. Morrison v. Joseph M. Arpaio, CV2013-004578 with the understanding this settlement includes dismissal with prejudice, with each side to bear their own attorneys' fees and costs, and authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the defendant and Maricopa County upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This matter was discussed in Executive Session on March 23, 2015. (C-75-15-009-2-00)
