A-9. GUADALUPE TORRES V. SHERIFF JOE ARPAIO ET AL, 2:14 CV-02337-GMS Approve the settlement in the amount $950,000 in the case of Guadalupe Torres v. Sheriff Joe Arpaio 2:14CV-02337-GMS, and authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel.
