57. ALPHATINE GARNES V. SHERIFF JOSEPH ARPAIO, ET AL., 2:15-CV-001031-PHX-DJH Approve settlement in the amount of $75,000 in the case of Alphatine Garnes v. Sheriff Joseph Arpaio, et al., 2:15-cv-001031-PHX-DJH and authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the defendants upon review and approval as to form by the assigned legal counsel.
