53. TERRI SILAS V. MARICOPA COUNTY, ET AL Approve settlement in the amount of $235,000.00 in the case of Terri Silas vs. Maricopa County, et al and authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This matter was discussed with the Board in Executive Session on March 7, 2016. (C-75-16-009-2-00)
