58. TRANSFER OF RECYCLING PROGRAM AND ASSETS To facilitate the transfer of the recycling program from the Risk Management department to the Facilities Management department approve the following: 1. The sale of Risk Recycling assets totaling $124,965.58 from the Risk Management department to the Facilities Management department to be completed prior to June 30, 2019 and approve the transfer of two Risk Recycling FTE’s from the Risk Management department to the Facilities Management department effective July 1, 2019. 2. A fund transfer of $124,965.58 from the General Fund (100) in the Facilities Management budget to the Risk Trust Fund (675) in the Risk Management budget. 3. An increase to the Risk Management (D750) Risk Trust Fund (675) Operating (OPER) revenue budget in the amount of $124,966. 4. An increase to the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants (249) Operating (OPER) expenditure budget in the amount of $124,966. 5. Offsetting revenue and expenditure adjustments in Eliminations (D980) Eliminations Fund (900) Operating (OPER). Attached is a spreadsheet detailing estimated value of assets. (C-75-19-013-2-00)
