GENERAL INDEMNITY AGREEMENT Authorize the Director of Risk Management to sign and subsequently renew General Contract of Indemnity for purchase of Bond from Traveler’s Casualty and Surety of America for our Arizona Department of Transportation Self-Insurance Application. Authorizing the Director to sign streamlines the approval process and improves overall efficiency. This item was discussed in executive session on April 7, 2025. (C-75-25-007-X-00)
