PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX, ARIZONA FOR THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, a Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) of the City of Phoenix, Arizona, for the sale of real property located at 1825 E. Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Arizona, and identified as parcel APN 116-11-001B, without public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251, and AUTHORIZE the Chairman to execute all necessary documents for the sale and conveyance of the property. The purchase price for the Property is four hundred eighty thousand ($480,000.00) dollars less closing cost. THIS ITEM REQUIRES UNANIMOUS APPROVAL OF THE BOARD. (C-78-18-003-3-00)
